Welcome to Every Heart Every Woman

We began as a supportive small group in partnership with Love Ministries, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We grew into a weekly leadership radio program focused on faith, leadership, and spiritual growth. Soon after, Every Heart Every Woman aired as a faith-centered podcast exploring leadership, worship, and Christian living. Currently, we host a yearly REST Retreat for female leaders, publish devotional resources and leadership books centered on servant leadership.

Karla Nivens founded REST Retreats to create transformational experiences that invite leaders into deeper spiritual formation through worship, Scripture, prayer, reflection, and intentional rhythms of REST. Designed as a ministry of renewal, REST Retreats equip participants to reconnect with God, strengthen their leadership, and return to their communities spiritually refreshed and purposefully equipped.

Karla Nivens, M.A.M, is a pastor, author, worship leader, educator, and spiritual formation coach whose ministry is rooted in servant leadership, biblical teaching, spiritual formation, and collaboration. A graduate of SMU Perkins School of Theology, she brings more than three decades of leadership experience across churches, nonprofit organizations, higher education, worship ministries, and community initiatives.
